About This Position

Espoir Adults Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our growing Home care team. As a PSW, you will provide personalized in-home care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life for seniors and adults.

You will work closely with clients and their families to ensure safe, respectful, and compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
• Support mobility and daily living activities
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Maintain accurate client records
• Communicate with supervisors and family members

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Personal Support Worker Certificate preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Compassionate and professional attitude
